we are planning on putting these into production so we should tell slave health about them first:

b-2008-ec2-0001
b-2008-ec2-0002
b-2008-ec2-0003
b-2008-ec2-0004
b-2008-ec2-0005
disclaimer, I have no idea what I'm doing

The plan here is add support for windows ec2 builders. They are going to be mingled in with their ix counterparts so they'll share pending. They're eventually going to end up in both build and try so I figured I might as well tell slave health about both pools now

I also added two more trend graphs (one for build and one for try) though it looks like that might not be supported or at least up to date. I can back that part out if you prefer.
