In the example link, recording only works for the second canvas tag - can't see any way to get the first canvas tag ( deleting deleting the second canvas node in the inspector once the page is loaded didn't help )
If I do as I mentioned ( open page, open Canvas tool, reload page, delete second canvas in the debugger, hit record ) the snapshots seem to get messed up as well.
