Test "400x225 then 640x360-17" starts playing at 00:06:36, but because 1 key is still not set, it goes immediately into 'waiting', and never resumes even after the final key is available; The test eventually times out.

Bug 1145011 will correctly deal with this by implementing 'waitingforkey', including resuming playback when keys become available.

In the meantime this EME test should wait before starting to play, until all keys have been successfully delivered to the CDM.

Later on, more tests will be needed with bug 1145011 to exercise waitingforkey.
