The Shumway shield logo is based on the W3C's HTML5 shield logo, which is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License: http://www.w3.org/html/logo/ http://www.w3.org/html/logo/faq.html#attribute-to The W3C's HTML5 logo FAQ says: Q: The license says I need to attribute my usage or derivative work.
