Hello Fulah, 

Please wait until the locale is enabled before proceeding for the Web Content. I think you can start working on the Video script (Amara) now.  

*Source file for web content*:

- localize, review all the strings and comment in the bug
- Click VCS to Commit when done with each batch of localization.  This way the codes get pushed to github.

* Video content*:
- 2.0: After you completed localization, we will download the videos and stage on Youtube:

Follow the steps to complete localization:

1. open the video on Amara
2. click on the language on the left
3. click on Edit subtitles on the right (top), translate, make changes
4. click on the "Publish" button where it explains how to complete a translation

When all is done, we will push to live.  We usually prefer to push it to production a week or two before the launch. But, let's prioritize among other projects, only if doable, we will aim at getting it ready before launch.

Ibrahima, the locale is enabled and the number of strings are greatly reduced.  I know you have downloaded the strings and may have done the majority of the work.  If there is a way for your to copy and paste, whatever is the easiest, please go ahead and get this completed.  Thank you!

This is another reminder that if we don't have the video subtitles localized, we will push the English videos instead.  I will have the web content enabled for now.

Ibrahima, I want to let you know that Fulah web content is now live. Current videos are in English. If you completed the subtitles over the weekend, please update in the bug.  We will be sure to enable them next Monday.
