Arch linux on thinkpad x230, using intel graphics, X11, kwin with compositor using OpenGL 3.1
I started noticing this bug yesterday, on both gmail and hulu. I don't have reliable STR at this point, but it has happened twice.
I will get a completely black content area (chrome continues to render fine). Anything that causes individual elements to repaint will lead only to that element being drawn. Something that requires a full repaint, like scrolling or switching tabs will restore the correct content.
Attached is gmail after hovering over a few elements.
Once a full repaint has occurred, the bug does not manifest again, at least in the timespan I have observed

Another one on relayrides.com, so I don't think this is related to websites.
