Bug 1144149 will add contentDocumentAsCPOW and contentWindowAsCPOW shortcuts to gBrowser. When that happens, toolkit/components/viewsource/content/viewPartialSource.js should be updated to use contentDocumentAsCPOW, or some other mechanism to get the document title instead.
This has been fixed by 1067325.
