STR:
1. Save the XPI file locally (e.g. from http://www.areweflashyet.com/shumway/extension/firefox/shumway.xpi)
2. Open the XPI file using dialog (Cmd+O)
Actual result:
The extension is not installed and add-on manager indicates that the extension is loading
Expected result:
The extension is installed
It's a regression:
