Details
It seems to only be used from browser (e.g., it depends on PlacesUtils, which doesn't exist on Fennec!). It's 37KB that we don't need.

Yeah, that's reasonable. It was used by Metro a few moons ago but can definitely be moved back to browser/.

This bug has been closed due to inactivity and/or the potential for this bug to no longer be an issue with the new Discovery Stream-powered New Tab experience.
