Once Bug 1267141 is landed,

We can enable the EME API not only for Nightly[1] and enable those exclusive tests[2] available on Android.

I will set this bug as a meta bug and enable the tests one by one by several bugs.

Once the test is not stable on try, we can easily back the test out instead of the whole tests.
