Details

There should be an ability to "mark" the upper bounds of memory consumption, mentioned in bug 962304. VS2015 has something similar, where one can mark an upper limit on a memory consumption graph, only for visual purposes. Maybe we can do something when this threshold is breached, like snapshot, but for now, let's just have this be a visual threshold, and maybe do something (visually) when breached. This is useful for FxOS developers targeting phones that are 128mb.
