1. add items to RL, enough to where you see a scrollbar actual: you'll see two scrollbars and sometimes you see a scrollbar even though there's nothing to scroll expected: you should only see one scroll bar.
I can't seem to reproduce this, is there something else I need to do?
Hmm - I'm using a new profile on nightly (no addons) - I'm on MBP with retina screen.
I can confirm this on Yosemite 10.10.2 w/ today's FF Nightly. But... only after I set my OSX scrollbars to always be visible, per http://osxdaily.com/2011/08/03/show-scroll-bars-mac-os-x-lion/ TLDR: System Preferences > General > Show scroll bars => always The vertical scrollbar is always visible in the reading list sidebar, but only by 1-2px, and even when not needed.

I wonder if it's related to bug 1148762? Perhaps we should go with the explicit height, and box-sizing: border box instead… (Alternatively, bug 1148762 was only fixed a couple of days ago, so re-confirming that this is still a problem before we start fixing it might be useful. ;)
Blake, the fix for bug 1148762 landed after comment 3. Is this a duplicate?
It might be. Ed, Peter, can you confirm whether the problem still exists in today's Nightly or not?
