[l10n][v2.1 & v2.2][Notifications]Arabic: Screenshot notification is truncated on the banner that is seen at the top of the screen and in the notification bar.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Set system language as Arabic.
2. Hold down VOL DOWN and POWER BUTTON at the same time to take a screenshot.
3. Observe the banner that is seen at the top of the screen and notification bar.

[3.Expected Result]: 
3. The string "Screenshot saved to the Gallery" appears translated without truncation.

3. Screenshot is taken and a notification appears truncated.

There is a problem: when user gets a screenshot, after about a few minutes, pull down the notification bar and observe the notification. The string "2m ago" is too long, which causes that the string "Screenshot saved to the Gallery" displays with truncation.

The time of screenshot notification is truncated on latest user build of Flame 2.2

When user gets a screenshot on latest flame v2.2 user build, after about 10/20 minutes, pull down the notification bar and observe the notification. The strings of timestamp and notification are displayed without truncation.

And per comment 2 and comment 6, this issue is verified pass, so we can change the status from Resolved to Verified.
