[1.Description]:
[Flame 3.0][Browser]  If you launch browser app to play videoes, it does not work normally. It will show : Video can't be played because the file is corrupt. But the same video could be played on Nexus 5 3.0

It should be easy enough to test if it was bug 1146729, as that's just a preference change; switching media.fragmented-mp4.exposed to false and media.fragmented-mp4.gonk.enabled to false should effectively back out that bug.  Can somebody quickly test that?

I set both prefs to false and after reboot I can play videos on youtube.

This issue is verified fixed on the latest Flame 3.0 Build.
YouTube video is played properly, and video controls work correctly.
