Feedback from dogfodding: The plus icon that appears as you hover the address bar is inconsistent with the presentation of _all_ other icons. This is the only thing that appears as you hover, and it's quite hard to discover.

That it's hoverUI is by design, so that's expected.
But fair to note that its color changes upon hover -- it's lighter (on OS X) than other icons when just hovering the URL bar, and the normal dark color only upon hovering the actual icon. The Reload and Dropdown icons don't do that.

This was intended by design, as to not clutter the default URL even more with icons.
