Win 7, latest Nightly: 2c9708e6b54d

STR 1:
- bugzilla, add an attachment
- drag a file on the [Browser] button
=> nothing happens

STR 2:
- extract the attached use case files to a folder
- open the logviewer.html
- d&d the mozilla.log file inside the blank area
=> nothing happens (expected: the file loads in the log viewer)

STR 1 is WFM here on Linux and Windows 7, e10s enabled.
(didn't test 2 yet)

Re-tested with a fresh profile.  STR 1 works, but STR 2 still doesn't.  I'll try to find the extension/pref that breaks this for STR 1.

STR 1 is problem with Bugzilla Tweaks add-on.  STR 2 still persists with FireGestures, Tree Style Tabs.  There are more, I'll check them later.

No, it isn't.  Seems intermittent.  Didn't work for me after I installed the add-on but now works again.

Honza, could you test the next Nightly? That should have bug 1152888 or the variant of that I can reproduce fixed.

Both STR 1 and STR 2 are *NOT* working for me.  STR 1, as mentioned above is tho intermittent.
