115427 - URL line doesn't refresh properly in modern theme

When using modern theme and I resize the mozilla window the URL area doesn't
always refresh properly.  The URL bar doesn't redraw properly

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open mozilla using the modern theme
2.resize the window.
3.URL bar doesn't redraw properly

Actual Results:  URL bar doesn't redraw properly.  Horizonal and vertical dashes
appear.  I the mozilla window is resized again the dashes/lines may disappear,
get worse or get better.

Expected Results:  The window should redraw properly and the lines should not be
appear

This problem only appeared after I upgraded to Redhat 7.1 XFree 4.0.3.  I didn't
have this problem with Redhat 6.2 using XFree86 3.6.  
The Classic skin refreshes and displays URL bar properly.
I'm using an ATI All-in-wonder pci video card on an Asus motherboard using intel p3.
I also have another system with Redhat 7.1 and XFree 4.0.3 and the modern theme
works properly.
I believe the problem is with the video card.  I should probably get an agp
card.  Perhaps others are having the same problem so I thought I would report it.
