1154713 - Move 'Join the conversation' and 'Leave' buttons in RTL builds

Affected builds:
- RTL Nightly builds
- RTL Aurora builds
- RTL Firefox 38 beta 4 builds

Affected OS`s:
- Windows 7 64-bit
- Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit
- Mac OS X 10.9.5

STR:
1. Open Firefox RTL (right to left) build
2. Click on Hello icon
3. Start a conversation
4. Open the link to the conversation in a new tab

Expected results: Join the conversation and Leave buttons are placed mirroring the normal builds.

Actual results: Join the conversation is placed almost at the edge of sharing grey area and conversation window (if not minimized) is blocking Leave, webcam, mic buttons.

find the RTL meta bug - ask Madhava on priority for all up review to prioritize bugs.

We fixed this in the recent media layout changes for the standalone UI. Not sure exactly which bug, so marking as WFM.
