User Story

Want to understand the RTL issues with the conversation window and stand-alone.  

Ideally we can fix the worst of the issues.

Please do not review the Panel for RTL (what you see when you click the Hello icon before joining a conversation - as that Panel will be having a lot of work done in the next couple of releases).
Can we have someone do a full RTL review and prioritize the needed fixes? rather than having bugs trickle in - we'd like to know the top ones to address so we can do at once. requesting review of the Hello project after the Rooms code has been uplifted.
