Still broken in Shumway 0.11.7 redux.
This might be a rounding issue: we display the logo 1px down, so the background animation shows through, whereas Flash seems to display it at 0.5px (or some other fractional value), and the anti-aliasing mostly covers up the background. If you look closely, you can see it in the Flash plugin, too, but much less obvious.
