dropdown list in the "Save As..." dialogues with quick access to the 10 last
used download directories.

This would solve many annoying directory navigations when downloading files.
Many users have more than one directory they may want to download files to.

e.g.
\downloads
\My Documents
\My Musik
\My Photos
\Backups\Utilities\Communication
c:\a   <-- easy-access holding area

If you like this idea, you might also like my other suggestion in bug 115981
(Quick access to "Favorites" directory in the "Open" and "Save As..." dialogues
in Windows) ;)
