Steps to reproduce:

Customize copy/paste icons to appear on the bookmarks/menu or tab bar, icons are large.
Customize the icons to appear on the toolbar, they are normal size.


Actual results:

copy/paste icons are not the same size (appear large), when customized (moved) to be on any bar but the toolbar


Expected results:

The icons size should be the same on, tool/bookmark/menu and tab bars.

Do you still have this issue?
1) Have you tried safe-mode? (≡)->(?)->"Restart with Add-ons Disabled..."
2) Is that correct that you have in Bookmarks Toolbar only: copy/paste buttons, find button and bookmarks toolbar items?

I have tried (in safe mode) putting the icons 'cut, copy, paste' on the menu bar and/or the bookmarks toolbar, and they appear large as in the attachment 'Copy, paste icons wrong size.PNG'.
They appear the correct size if you put them on the (location/search) toolbar.

This still happens in the latest nightly, and has now started also in the latest release channel build.

Nightly build be used, Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0 ID:20150824030206 CSet: 8a6045d14d6bd348a3b5bfeb55a9321e680cc93e

Latest Release channel build being used 40.0.2, has this bug.
