Creating a bug to track stripping of a3924a37fa0e (bug 1155743) from fx-team.

The strip was already done. But I figure there will be fallout that we need a bug to track.
I coerced vcs sync to do a force push. (This consists of updating the gitolite config for git.mozilla.org to allow non fast forwards to gecko-dev, deleting the old fx-team branch from the local git repo on the vcs sync host, and triggering a sync.)

gecko-dev on git.mo and github should be sane now. Some people may see force push messages.
