Since the commits were stripped from fx-team in bug 1157353, new buildbot jobs aren't starting. I've closed fx-team.
I just reconfig'd the schedulers and I *think* we're unblocked now.

A fresh push to fx-team is scheduling jobs. Looks like we're good.
