It would be nice to have the ability to manually add sites to the cookie and
image-blocking preferences windows.

Steps to Reproduce:
-none-
This is a dupe.  Bug 33467 covers the cookie part.  Right now I am too lazy to
query bugzilla further for the image part, but I am quite sure we have that
somewhere.  Feel free to open a separate bug for images if further queries yield
no result.
