Ryan expressed some concerns in IRC about this when discussed, so I'd like final-signoff from him. If sheriffs don't care about backlog and have a desire to keep them on try for now, I think we should defer to the sheriffs opinion in this case.

I couldn't care less about panda backlog on Try. As long as we still have branches running the tests, I'd prefer we retain the ability to run them on Try, even if disabled by default.

Okay, I'll hold off disabling this until we have 4.3 opt on beta and release.
