Details

Once submitted, it's not possible to display the devhub page(s) of the unlisted add-on. It keeps redirecting to the last (7th) step of the submission process (the "you're done" page). This is because when we "bypass" the steps 3 to 6 (see bug 1148447) we don't properly finalize the SubmitStep instances.
STR: 1/ submit an unlisted add-on 2/ on the last step, make sure you can click on the link to the devhub page, and that it does take you to it
