1160949 - Wrong video button when initiating a VIDEO Loop call with headsets connected

Pre-requisites
User A WITH headsets connected

STR
1) User A initiates a VIDEO Loop call with user B.
2) User B answers and the call is established successfully 

ACTUAL
Although the User A video is played in User B device correctly, the screenshot attached shows as the video button in User A device is wrong as it indicates that video is not being played (camera/video button deactivated, in black).
Note: before B answers the call, in connecting state, the issue is also reproduced.
 
EXPECTED
Camera button should be activated (camera/video button in blue) as the video is played

Note: The bug is NOT reproduced in case user A initiates an AUDIO Loop call with headsets plugged.

"Hello bugs on 2.2 won't be fixed since Hello won't be released with 2.2.
Regarding 2.0, we should not fix for now given we have no plans currently to onward support/deploy Hello on FxOS and we see close to no usage on currently enabled devices."
