[1.Description]:
[RTL][Flame v2.2][Lock Screen]When user receives a call from contact with long LTR name, the ellipses are placed at both sides of long LTR contact name at lockscreen.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Prerequisite: Have a contact with a long LTR name.
1. Set system language as Arabic.
2. Lock device.
3. Receive a call from contact with long LTR name.
4. Observe contact name and ellipsis position truncating the text.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. The ellipsis should be shown at right side of LTR text.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. The ellipses are placed at both sides of LTR name.

Sorry for confusion in the comment 0, please ignore the Flame 3.0 build version, I have verified the problem on latest build of Flame 3.0 device, and this issue can be repro, the build version is:

I have tried to repro this issue again on both Flame 3.0 build version in comment 0 and comment 1 by the STRs in comment 0. The build version of Flame 3.0 in comment 0 does not exist this issue, and the build version of Flame 3.0 in comment 1 can repro this issue.

Per comment 4, this issue cannot be reproduced on FlameKK 2.2&2.5 and Nexus 5 2.2&2.5 by STRs in comment 0.
And this issue also cannot be reproduced on latest AriesKK v2.5 build, the ellipsis is shown at right side of LTR text.
