Description:
When a user receives a call from a contact with a long name, they will observe on the lockscreen that the name is truncated with an ellipsis, but that the ellipsis isn't placed in a position that demonstrates the missing text.

PreReq:
* contact with a long name
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150303010233
2) Lock device.
3) Receive a call from contact with long name.
4) Observe contact name and ellipsis position truncating the text

Actual:
Contact name is cut off at it's end, but the ellipsis is placed in front.

Expected:
For LTR text (contact name), name is cut off at the end with an ellipsis following indicating the truncation.

This problem has been verified as fail on latest build of Flame 2.2/3.0 by the STR in comment 0. I have opened a new bug, see Bug 1161947
