Steps to reproduce: 1. Submit an add-on for Thunderbird and android. 2. Approve that add-on. Expected results: The add-on is not signed. Actual results: The add-on is signed. Notes/Issues: Verified in FF37(Win7) in addons-dev.allizom.org Link for add-on used for this test: https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/testtobesigned02mdl-thunderbir/ Also attaching the file after being approved.
