116250 - insert image dialogue is sized too small

-open composer
-click on image icon
the insert image dialogue appears as expected but notice that in the bottom 
right corner there is just a sliver of the okay button.

Does toggling the "more/fewer" button help?
This is moot, as we will be checking in a new version for image dialog soon.

yes, toggling more/fewer brings the dialogue size to proper size to include the
buttons at the bottom of the dialogue.

Same thing happens with the insert link dialog.  I am seeing both of these on
both Win and Mac.  I am switching Platform and OS to all/all.

As I said, we will have a new image dialog soon when fix for bug 45495 is 
checked in.
