Import Address Book, and its name is determined by the filename, and it is added in a new Address Book, new name or old. It would be better if there were a choice how to handle the file if the name is old: overwrite the old; eke the old; by key overwrite the old (with some field picked for key, on key-match new record overwrites old record, on mismatch keep new record, where empty is not equal to empty).
