HDD diagnostics found no issues.

Running memory test.

0,0 failed after a 2nd round of tests. rerunning tests on 1,0.
We need to order more drives and test the few used ones we have left onsite

I'm thinking I didn't seed a drive correctly or the drive I replaced was already bad. running diags to verify

Issue was because the existing RAID was still present.  After deleting the RAID, reimage process proceeded.
