Steps to reproduce:

I received emails from the firm I work with and they are all screwed up - Chinese hieroglyphs everywhere, as well as some other unidentified symbols.

Actual results:

Not sure what happened. It looks like it might be some kind of bug with auto-translating into Chinese.. Or something else.

Expected results:

Emails should be in English only. The interesting thing is that doesn't happen all the time - some emails from the same email address came in English. Emails from other emails addresses usually come in English 95% of the time.

So I'm not sure what is going on.
No, it's not spam, for sure.

It's some kind of glitch, that makes the original content of the email to be "translated" into this mess.
I know what should have been in these emails, they are standard notifications.
Aleksejs, please can you attach such an email, without it's hard to tell why it is showed wrong? Use "Save As..." from the context menu. Then you can open this file with a editor and overwrite sensible data with X or what you want, but please don't change the structure.
Hi Richard,

I've just submitted the file. Let me know if that's correct. Used "X" to replace personal information.
Yes, this looks good. Unfortunately I'm not a expert for this but now one can check why it's not working.

Not sure (as said I'm not a expert) but maybe it is because the message is base64 encoded with utf-16 charset.
