With 1132748 fixed and 1160281 on inbound, I think we're ready for the 2nd list of domains to whitelist. Note this should be much smaller, maybe only 1 or 2 addition to these sites:

www.bellemaison.jp
kuronekoyamato.co.jp
s.tsite.jp

Did a final review of our top sites, and the only other one to add to this batch is formassist.jp.

Note to sheriffs, there's no try run because this patch just adds a few domains to a whitelist. I did build it locally though.
