Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP-dev on your iPhone https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/ using Safari browser
2. Tap the Toggle Menu icon
3. Tap anywhere on the unfocused background page to return to MP-homepage (http://screencast.com/t/U7pnQyNOA)

Expected results:
The MP-dev homepage is displayed.

Actual results:
Nothing happens.

Notes/Issues: 
Verified on MP-dev on Safari (600.1.4) using iPhone.
Maybe this issue is a regression of Bug 1162616.
