Steps to reproduce:

i just split my desktop in windows 8.1 with mozila and viber metro app i need to use mozila for helping my friend 


Actual results:

when i click on show more bookmark the page open under the splinted page its like opened outside the splinted screen under the other layer and i cant see the bookmarks


Expected results:

it must opened inside the actual layer maybe open inner layer not the outside on mozila him self

Looks like this is a bug in popup widgets, it might not being taking into account the split screen feature to decide about popup positioning.
maybe Neil knows if we are already tracking this issue.

We'll need to figure out what calling GetMonitorInfo returns in this situation. On Windows, we use nsIScreen::GetRect to determine the entire screen size as popups should overlap OS UI.

There's surely a relation, hard to say if it's exactly the same considered the "split screen" used here VS multiple monitors used there. I'll add a See Also.
