Description:
If the user is already signed into a Firefox account, and they start the device without a WiFi or Data network connection, the Find My Device page will erroneously tell the user to "Create account or sign in"
Pressing this button will show a dialog pop up that accurately informs the user that the device must be connected to a network.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150512010209
2) Sign into a Firefox Account
3) Restart the device without a WiFi or Data network connection
4) Launch the Settings app
5) Navigate to Find My Device
Actual:
The user is given UI prompting them to "Create account or sign in"
Expected:
The user is given UI to indicate they must be connected to a network to use this feature.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.2, 2.1 builds.

This issue does NOT occur on Flame 2.0 builds.
The user is shown the normal Find My Device screen, but attempting to enable the feature will bring up a dialog pop-up that informs the user they must connect to a network.

Thanks for flagging us. Asking the user to sign in when they are offline is definitely not the intent. The user should instead see the dialog that informs the user they must connect to a network as per comment 1.
