[2.Testing Steps]: 
Prerequisite: Have a music with long LTR name in device.
1. Set system language as Arabic.
2. Launch Settings -> Sound -> Manage Tones.
3. Tap "+" button and select the music with long LTR name.
4. Tap "Done" and observe the Create Ringtone view.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. The music with long LTR name should be truncated at right side.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. The music with long LTR name is truncated at left side.

This issue can be reproduced on latest build of Flame 2.2/3.0 and Nexus5 2.2/3.0 by STRs in comment 0.
