[RTL][Flame v2.2&v3.0][Nexus 5 2.2&3.0][Ringtones]The ringtone with long LTR name is truncated at left side of text at Manage Tones view.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Prerequisite: Have a music with long LTR name in device.
1. Set system language as Arabic.
2. Launch Settings -> Sound -> Manage Tones.
3. Tap "+" button and add a music with long LTR name as ringtone.
4. Back to Manage Tones view and observe the view.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. The ringtone with long LTR name should be truncated at right side.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. The ringtone with long LTR name is truncated at left side.

This issue can be reproduced on latest build of Flame 2.2/3.0 and Nexus5 2.2/3.0 by STRs in comment 0.
