User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:37.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/37.0 Build ID: 20150415140819 Steps to reproduce: using Vista TB version: 31.6.0 select email in list Via 'Menu Bar' View > Character Encoding select eg: Western Actual results: a pop up window says: 'Reference Error; BrowserSetForcedCharacterSet is not defined.' click on OK to close. Recheck View > Character Encoding and 'western' shows as selected. So it did select the encoding. Expected results: Did not expect a pop up window saying 'Reference Error; BrowserSetForcedCharacterSet is not defined.' Note: If I perform the same via the 'Menu icon' with 3 horizonal lines, there is no popup error message.
