On https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi , the Components list is sorted case-dependent, e.g. "AVG AC" is listed above "Accessibility".

"Products" is sorted case-independent ("AUS" is listed below "Audio/Visual Interface").
The list appears alphabetically to me. Did you select any product(s)?

No, even in a new profile with the advanced query form and no products selected, uppercase is sorted before lowercase.
