Once context has been released, and we've a resolution on bug 1142589, then we should tidy up our roomName implementations.

Namely:

- Remove fallbacks in clients
- Remove, or depreciate the server APIs

Mark is this something worth addressing now since we have a resolution for bug 1142589 and context is now released?

As context isn't quite released yet, I'd rather wait a little bit longer before we tidy this up. Most of the fallback code is reasonably self contained, so I don't see this as a priority at this time.
