1167340 - Site identity panel has white space at the bottom

STR:

1) Open new window
2) Go to mozilla.org
3) Click "Mozilla Foundation" to open the identity panel
4) Open a new tab and go to "about:robots"
5) Click the grey globe

Now there's a lot of white space below the "More Information" button. The panel probably doesn't resize properly?

I don't see this problem on Nightly on Windows or OSX.  Can you still reproduce it?

Yeah, I can. I see it a lot when opening the panel and switching tabs using the keyboard while it's still open. Added a fix in bug 1170759 that doesn't work with the current layout but will with the new one.

Easier to reproduce with the new layout too. Happens if you have a subpanel that is taller than the main panel (e.g. with EV certs).

Hi Tim,

Bugs 1170762, 1170761 and 1168457 will be fixed when Bug 1170759 is resolved.  Would like to confirm if Bug 1167340 will also be resolved or is it a separate issue?
