Summary:
*  As a user, when I see a worrisome icon showing a website is insecure, I want to learn more about why I’m seeing this scary icon.

Acceptance Criteria:
* Site security block styled according to Design comp
* Revise connection text to state “Connection is Not Secure”, with text formatting to reflect the unencrypted/unsecure URL bar icon whenever: 
  ** The connection is unencrypted, *or* 
  ** It was encrypted, but the user has disabled active mixed content blocking 
* Site identity restyled as in mockup
