Initially reported on dev-b2g. When creating an event on a synced Google calendar, the calendar app throws
TypeError: calendar is undefined @ gaia_build_defer_index.js:1251:25 which is somewhere here https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/master/apps/calendar/js/store/calendar.js#L314. I'm trying to figure out when this was introduced now.

This is a gaia calendar regression which landed on master sometime between 3841a7aad060917a36e434b2d8b7c4cfe102fa1c (December 2014) and now.
