There's some discrepancy between the urls provided and the countries used in the distro sheet:

in distro but no urls:
CN China
KH Cambodia
VN Vietnam

not in distro but have urls:
CO Colombia
KZ Kazakhstan
VT unknown

I've gone ahead and assumed the countries with missing urls should be..

A separate issue: the distro had Disconnect1EN for PE/es-ES. I changed all of those to be PE/en-US

sbohan, I backed this out and switched all disconnect to booking. None of the disconnect.me urls are working, e.g., https://disconnect.me/firefox/US_en points to a 404 page.

https://disconnect.me/firefox/US_en is now live as with all the other urls. I've republished the disconnect tile as before.
