Bug 1164014 Comment 40. I had to turn off this assertion because it kept failing on window XP in some tests. All the failures seemed like the bug. I tried to turn off the test first but there were more than one failing and I could only reveal one more by doing yet another try run (not having win XP set up). Note, that I'm only about to land the patch so it will take a day or so until this change shows up on mc.
