117129 - Addresses don't display in addressing pane when scrolling the list

Using builds 12-26 & 12-27 on mac, win and linux the Addressing pane of the
Compose window regressed again to not display addresses if user scrolls in this
pane.  This may be a global scrolling problem, I saw 15 scrolling bugs for other
areas since 12/21, but I'm not sure.  This bug comes back to haunt us at least
once for each release.  

1. Create a New msg
2. Add names by typing until a scroll bar appears
3. Scroll through the list

Result:  some of the addressees don't display, but they are still there because
sending will result in the non displayed addressees getting mail.
Expected: for the addressees to always display in this addressing pane.
